FTC Compliance Policy
Last Updated: June 20, 2026
How gotosignal.com handles endorsements, testimonials, and advertising disclosures.
Signal Business LLC ("gotosignal.com") is committed to honest advertising. This policy explains how we comply with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance, including the Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions, and should be read with our Earnings Disclaimer.
Truthful and Non-Deceptive Claims
We strive to ensure that statements we make about our platform are truthful, not misleading, and supported by appropriate evidence. We do not make false or unsubstantiated claims about results, performance, or outcomes from using gotosignal.com.
Endorsements and Testimonials
Any testimonials, reviews, or endorsements we display reflect the honest experiences and opinions of the individuals who provide them. Consistent with FTC guidance:
- Testimonials reflect genuine experiences and are not fabricated or materially altered;
- We do not present atypical results as if they were typical. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control;
- Where there is a material connection between us and a person providing an endorsement (for example, compensation, a free or discounted subscription, or an employment or business relationship), that connection will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed; and
- We do not use fake reviews or suppress honest negative reviews deceptively.
Affiliate Relationships and Compensation
We may, from time to time, have affiliate or compensated relationships with third parties whose products or services are mentioned or linked. Where required, we will disclose these relationships clearly and conspicuously. You should not assume that any mention of a third party is an endorsement, and you should evaluate third-party products and services on their own merits.
User Responsibilities
If you use gotosignal.com to advertise your own business, promote products or services, display testimonials, or make earnings or performance claims on your profile, you are responsible for complying with the FTC Act, the FTC Endorsement Guides, and all other applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws. This includes disclosing material connections, substantiating your claims, and not engaging in deceptive or unfair practices. We are not responsible for the advertising claims that users make on their own profiles.
